• As another add on question, Can anyone think of an example of a company that has failed in its strategic planning? How did it affect them? What do you think they missed in the process we are discussing? What could they have done differently?
• I like your thoughts on the need for strategic plans to be communicated to the workforce. Communication is a critical part of any company's success or failure when it comes to strategic planning. After all, how can a company expect to carry out a successful plan without everyone involved understanding what needs to be done and why? The question is, how should a company go about this communication? How can they be sure that everyone has understood that communication and know what needs to be done and what their role is?
