For this homework, you are a federal auditor with the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and have been asked to assess policy initiatives at a federal agency. You are to select one federal agency and assess the leadership's strategic plan for operational visioning. Create a memorandum to brief agency leadership on your findings. II. Critique the agency's mission in comparison with its strategic plan.
III. Interpret the goals within the strategic plan for operational effectiveness.
IV. Recommend changes to the plan that might improve operations.
