To facilitate our use of the case method, students should prepare a write-up for el Bulli. Your paper should be between one and a half and two pages in length, and include the following:
• Key facts: Highlight the facts/background that are directly relevant to the next two items. Do not simply summarize the case.
• Key issues: What are the main challenges facing the firm? Some cases may have only one key issue, others have more. If there are multiple issues, prioritize which concerns are most critical.
• Recommendations: What should the firm do, and why?
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
