David is an associate at an investment banking firm, and is looking to hire a fresh college-grad financial analyst for his team. He has two options: Charles and Clara. David sees Charles as a spitting image of himself. Charles will be graduating from Pierre's alma mater in the Spring, and is part of the fraternity that Pierre was in during his college years. His school record is respectable, and his work experience is excellent and relevant. Clara is from Africa, went to school in England, and has an excellent school record from one of England's finest universities. Her work experience is extremely impressive, but relates more to political affairs rather than finance. During their interview, David found Clara to be extremely intelligent and capable, but very different from him.
a) What are the pros and cons of hiring Charles? How about Clara?
