Jimmy has been struggling at work recently. He feels his boss, Shay, has been often rude and unfair, like most leaders Jimmy has worked under. Shay has limited experience in the field: Jimmy does not think he can learn anything from her. Shay has been assigning Jimmy loads of work and even when Jimmy completes it, Shay typically dislikes the final product and makes Jimmy redo it, but "better". Jimmy feels very underappreciated and overqualified at work. He starts snipping back at Shay whenever Shay has him redo work, and constantly complains about Shay to his coworkers and friends. Finally, Shay yells at Jimmy for his lack of respect and fires him.
