The Evolving Healthcare Technology Environment
The focus of this discussion is health technology. It offers the opportunity to share your thinking about three questions:
Start with an operational definition of "healthcare technology" to offer the reader context for your post. It may not mean the same thing to all.
• What are the most important trends in health care technology?
• What factors are driving and/or limiting the further growth of health care technologies?
• Based on the above trends and factors, identify five (5) ways health technology will likely change the role of health care managers by 2030
• Which laws are in place to integrate information technology into healthcare?
