Write a 1 to 2 pages summary paper that addresses the following:
a. Briefly summarize the patient case study, including each of the three decisions you chose for the patient presented. Support your decisions with evidence-based literature. Be specific and provide examples.
b. What were you hoping to achieve with the decisions you recommended for the patient case study? Support your response with evidence and references from outside resources.
c. Explain any difference between what you expected to achieve with each of the decisions and the results of the decision in the exercise. Describe whether they were different. Be specific and provide examples.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
