Describe types of bias that you exhibit and would like to reduce in your everyday life and in the workplace. What are some strategies that can be used to effectively reduce these types of bias? Your post should include (i) bias you notice in your everyday life (ii) bias you notice in the workplace [this can be one you or someone else exhibits] (iii) strategies to reduce bias. Can you use the same strategy to reduce different types of bias?
