Reading:
The service I am interested in starting is an entrepreneurial coaching business. The problem that needs to be solved deals with offering various resources for multiple businesses to increase productivity. I can offer education, seminars, one-on-one coaching sessions, team-based sessions, positive self-talk coaching, goal-orientation methods, resume review, brain-storming methods for startup idea, etc. The target market is geared at anyone that needs advice for starting a business or others looking to transform their existing business.
Startup businesses have increased since the COVID pandemic (Hicks, 2021). The addition of businesses means the problem of staying competitive in the market has increased. This also means that success or failure of a business may depend on having the right person using innovative skills to help the business prosper. I believe that helping others achieve their dreams of business ownership leads to financial freedom. This is an important concept to me. I have always given advice, had others come to me for information, or been placed in a leadership role. I love problem solving and looking at different ways of fixing an issue. I also love working with others that give input and think outside of the box. The future is leaning more towards business ownership and I want to be at the forefront making a difference to help others succeed.
