This week, please use a company again to select a plant asset (building, fixtures, large equipment, vehicles, etc.) that the company purchases to use in the business operations. Describe the asset for us and give us estimates of how long you believe the asset may be in use for the company before it is replaced. Then tell us which depreciation method the company may be using. You can give an educated guess on this if you don't have access to ask one of the accountants.
