Question: How would you address the issue? - I think if I were in Nurse Gonzales place, I would sort of address it similarly the way that she did. I wouldn't want to get involved in their personal business, but as soon as it starts becoming a professional issue is when I would seek help on what to do. I think if it goes on for a while, and it becomes an issue when it comes to upholding professional etiquette then I would bring it to someone higher up. Again, I completely understand being able to stay out of someone's business, and separate personal life from business life, but if you are in your workplace and are actively causing issues by being unprofessional with another nurse then something is needing to be said.
