For this assignment, address the following.
1. Review the Week 4 Lesson, focusing on managing change resistance. Need Assignment Help?
2. Using an AI tool (such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, Microsoft's Copilot or Anthropic's Claude), generate an original statement about the impacts of organizational change.
3. Review the AI-generated statement and identify at least two challenges posed by organizational change.
4. Open a new Microsoft Word document, then copy and paste the AI-generated response into the document.
5. Below the AI response you have pasted, answer the following question using your own original writing, at least one page/500 words in length- no AI-generated answers are allowed.
a. In your own original separate analysis, explain why you think these specific challenges are important, and how they can be addressed and/or managed operationally.
6. Add a reference at the bottom of your document that includes the name and URL of the AI application you used for this assignment.
