The promotion of social change is a major goal of Walden University. The university describes social change as a "deliberate process of creating and applying ideas, strategies, and actions to promote the worth, dignity, and development of individuals and communities alike
This Assignment invites you to reflect on your professional growth and the ways that you can use your new knowledge and skills to promote change in your community. You also share insights that you have gained into your personal limitations (e.g., working with certain special populations) and areas for professional growth.

- Visit the website of The Innocence Project (found in this week's Learning Resources). Click on "False confessions/admissions" in the "Understand the Causes" dropdown menu. Consider how people are incorporating social change through this project.
