Problem
Individually, prepare a written argument, persuading the audience of a position on the ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY CREATED BY TRUMP. Your argument should be at least two pages! The argument should include these three parts:
a) State the U.S. law (and be sure to give context and background on this law)
b) Explain why this law is not moral. Prior to this, you must explain where the moral code that you are abiding by comes from-you have to defiNe morality.
c) And offer a solution to resolve the conflict between the ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY CREATED BY TRUMP and the morality surrounding the issue. Should the law be abolished, or should it be rewritten? How so? What steps do we need to take? You need to be sure to explain your solution fully. Be sure to consider the entirety of the problem-remember that consequences are a part of civil disobedience, so how does this factor into your solution?
