Assignment:
Research and then analyze the dominant ethical worldviews for your professional discipline using relevant academic/scholarly literature. This review of the existing literature should be focused on ethics in your field and not just ethics in general. This section should include topics such as (but not limited to):
- Current ethical issues in the field
- Ethics theories and models
- Ethical practices
- Ethics case studies in the industry
Use this research to synthesize a decision-making model that managers could utilize as a tool when facing ethical dilemmas. Your model should be supported by the information found in the literature. This section should include topics such as (but not limited to):
- A specific model created by you
- How the model works
- Rationale behind the components of the model
Requirements:
Your paper should be 8-12 pages, not including title, abstract, table of contents, and reference pages. Be sure to explain your positions and support your work with at least 10 scholarly resources.
