Part A: Refamiliarize yourself with the theories and philosophical approaches of the following:

o Process consultation (PC)
o Appreciative inquiry (AI)
o Whole-system thinking
o Organization consulting
Part B: Inform your classmates of the organization with whom you will be doing your consulting project. Your post should include the following:
o Type of organization
o Description and information on the organization (e.g., Web sites, press, and published documents)
o Number of employees or key members
o Opportunities that were initially identified
o Issues the organization faces on which you will be focusing
Part C: Reflect and share your current comfort level with your knowledge of AR, PC, AI, and the implementation of your project. What are you most excited about? What concerns you most?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
