In your initial post, address the following prompts and/or questions.
Reflect on a co-worker that has challenged you which this co-worker would always be rude to the parents dropping off and picking up their child. She would get up set if the parents would not follow her instructions or any advice she would give them. I would try and speak to her about how to speak to the parents and how to offer advice without the attitude. I would get frustrated because working as a time I thought she would take my advice me having more experience in early childhood. While maintaining confidentiality, describe the individual and why they felt challenging to you. Identify one conscious or unconscious bias you might have regarding who you described.
