She is diagnosed with Major depressive disorder, and lacks concentration in her academics. She recently attempted suicide through a drug overdose. Multiple hospitalizations due to suicide attempts indicate a severe level of distress and risk. Inconsistent attendance at psychiatric and therapeutic sessions hinders progress and indicates potential ambivalence towards treatment and barriers such as anxiety or substance use.
