Problem regarding political instability-economic hardship

Problem: 200 word response to: One area on the brink of revolution is Haiti. The country has faced years of political instability, economic hardship, and increasing violence from armed gangs. A crucial element that is missing is a unified revolutionary movement with clear leadership and a shared political vision. Currently, various gangs and armed groups control different regions, often pursuing their own interests rather than working together toward a common goal of replacing the government with a new political system.
