It would also be about the government trying to stop publication before the information was accessible to the public. I would keep the major events historically accurate but add dramatic conversations and suspense to make the movie more interesting. Instead of most of the movie being in the courtroom, I would focus on the documents and the Supreme Court decision as the climactic ending.
