Problem: In my opinion, the polls in the 2016 election were not completely wrong, but they were not as accurate as many people expected them to be. Most polls showed Hillary Clinton leading, and she did end up winning the popular vote. However, the polls did not fully predict how close some key states would be, and Donald Trump won enough electoral votes to become the president. I think this shows that polls are only estimates and not guarantees of what will happen on election day. I do think that people sometimes put too much faith in polls.
