While we have made some strides, wage disparity is still most pressing social problem facing our global society today. Women work two thirds of the world’s working hours, women produce half of the world’s food, but yet women only earn 10% of the world’s income. I cannot think of another species other than Homo sapiens that require the males support throughout the females’ entire life. Equal work deserves equal pay.

Racism and Discrimination, Globalization? Remember write in the voice and language of the theorist and correctly represent the chosen theorist, in content and language.
