For this assignment, you will be participating in an active debate with your classmates on customer loyalty. Which side will you choose?
Side 1: Customer Loyalty does not exist, you believe that it can be won, and winning customer loyalty should be the goal of the organization.
Side 2: Once you have gained customer loyalty and developed history with satisfying a customer, they will overlook an occasional bad experience.
