2) the degree to which your learning style(s) as indicated by the assessment fits your self-image, or constitutes a surprise in some ways
3) what you can infer from this assessment about your particular strengths in the workplace
4) any areas in which the assessment suggested that you might have work problems to overcome
5) what specific steps you could take to strengthen your overall managerial competence, based on the new insights that you have gained from this assessment -- be as specific as you can, in the interests of getting the most value from the exercise for yourself
6) your overall opinion of this instrument as a measure of things related to personal managerial competence -- what it measures well, anything that you believe it does not measure well or at all.
