Determine HOW MUCH THEY TRUST THE ORGANISATION TO FULFIL the promise of giving them what they are after (this is also in the range from 0 to 1 and is the I in the formula)

Do the calculation and if it is high and positive then the employee is highly motivated to perform the task.
