Need a strategic approach using the HR STAR Model in groups. Groups are required to go beyond superficial and broad recommendations and incorporate specific learnings and address unique challenges presented during the class, conduct additional research, and develop a robust, detailed, and actionable plan. The findings should provide insight beyond the learnings from class.
