In chronic  renal failure  there  is irreversible renal failure. The goals of medical management are:  

1. To promote maximal  renal  function 
2. To maintain fluid and electroyle  balance 
3. To treat  systemtic complications 
4. To promote  active  and normal life as possible 

Nursing Care 

1. Maintain fluid and electroyte  balance 
2. Provide modified diet i.e. renal diet Provide care before during  and after dialysis 
3. Administer  drugs as advised
