Problem: You will use this character for all of your role plays throughout the semester. DO NOT USE YOURSELF OR REAL-LIFE EXPERIENCES. Your character should be fictional. When completing the client background form make sure that you are very detailed because you will be doing several roles plays and the capstone project using this character. Be mindful that these are your peers and are learning counseling skills so including things in your background such as gun or gang violence, suicide, sexual abuse or incest can make the role play challenging for your partner.
