Executive Summary Report for the leadership styles of three Prsidents and CEOs for management journal.

In management journal, i will talk the influence processes between President and CEO in three differents leadership style where in every company to start it requires to have the founder as president and CEO, both are at high level of leadership.

The purpose of this journal is to discuss the concept and profile of the influence process has used in three leaders in their organizations from high leaders to Manager, then from to Manager to the followers. We will have number 1. Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, number 2. Lee Byung-Chul, the founder of Samsung and number 3. Fredrik Idestan and Leo Mechelin, founder of Nokia.

Process, It will take to collect information from internet, company websites, articles and publication. After that, i will have to make the personality assessment that will specifically be used in evaluating the leadership style of each other in his organization.
The influence by definition is the force one person exerts to an other person to induce a change in the target , from this definition i will see how the Presidents and CEOs of three organizations have chosen what kind of influence to be used to achieve their objectives as the mission of organization to attend targets and goals[ Author DAVID A.].
The President and CEO in their process of leadership it required the use of no coercive influence to shape the group`s or organization`s goals, motivate behavior forward the achievement of those goals and help define organization culture.

The various types of influences process where the President and CEO in his organization has choice to use any one from Legitimate power, expert power, referent power, reward and coercive power, depending on the leadership style and the situation that CEO OR President meets with in organization`s operation. They have different charisma and influence which will help them to make judgement of using what kind of leadership model between transformation and transaction leadership as we will see it in each leader`s assessment details. I will give the difference of leadership styles application and see the organizations progress.

Findings, we will continue make more details from research on three organization`s founder as follow

1. Bill Gates, founder and CO of Microsoft incorporation, how he used what kind of leadership to achieve his goals and targets.

2. The founder of Samsung, Lee Byung-chul, in his leadership styles used in the organization to be successful. Number 3 , the founders of Nokia, two guys Fredrik Idestan and Leo Mechelin.

Briefly, i will conclude in explaining how the effect of leadership gives individuals whether from an organization or a personal aspects, motivation and positive results.
