Question 7. Were there other public policy considerations considered by the court?  If so, identify them.

Question 8. Were there Concurring or Dissenting opinions issued?  Briefly explain the areas of agreement or disagreement between theses opinions and the majority opinion.

Question 9. What actual or potential impact does the Supreme Court’s decision have on you personally or in your future role as a businessperson?  What impact could the decision have on businesses generally?

Question 10. In your opinion did the majority of the Supreme Court get the decision right?  How would you have decided the case if you were on the Court and why would you have decided the case in that way?
