Adam Liptak and Alicia Parlapiano authored and article in the New York Times last updated on July 1, 2015 titled “Major Supreme Court Cases of 2015”. to pick one of the Supreme Court cases references, find the Court’s opinion online, print it, and read the case. A paper or electronic copy of the Court’s opinion should be attached to your project. You may also conduct whatever outside research you wish. Generally speaking, there more you read about the case and the issues presented, the better your project will be.You may also be able to relate the issues of the case to materials we covered in class. Attach a list any sources you read preparing for your project to your project. Based upon your reading and research, answer the following questions in detail in essay form.

Question 7. Were there other public policy considerations considered by the court? If so, identify them.
Question 8. Were there Concurring or Dissenting opinions issued? Briefly explain the areas of agreement or disagreement between theses opinions and the majority opinion.
