Description:
1. Consider the skills and personal attributes that are needed in a General Manager with responsibility for managing an International Joint Venture Company (JVC):
a) List the skills and personal attributes (separately) that you consider relevant and place them in order of priority, i.e., Number 1 being the most important and number 10 being the least. Include for each skill/attribute a short explanation of why it is relevant to managing a JVC (10%)
b) Select any combination of three of the most important skills and/or attributes and discuss why you think they are the most important and what influence they would have on the management of the JVC (90%)
