1- Write a letter to George Gunderson of the school district to inform him of the rock-raking issue.

2- Explain that Smith Believes that the District is responsible for the cost/time impact of the excess rock, since the Soils Report Provided by the District was incorrect and led Fieldstone to underestimate the cost/time of performing the work.

3- set up a meeting at the project site so you and George can view the extent of the excess rock
