Problem: The final project in this course is a team project. Your team will select and interview a real-world organization that is aimed at growing. You will then work incrementally over Modules 4-8 to create and present a detailed talent management plan and presentation. Directions for this Module Your requirement in this module is to meet your classmates, identify an organization, and post a wrap-up by the end of the week. Select a Team Leader who can help to manage the team by Thursday. You can initiate a conversation with your classmates via Canvas Inbox/Email. You may choose to collaborate synchronously each week, or asynchronously via email or using the Canvas Group Collaboration area. Determine the best, consistent way to collaborate for the rest of the course. Share the disciplinary perspectives and areas of professional expertise you bring to the table. Select an organization to interview and a leader (any title as long as they know about growth) to interview at the organization.
