i. Identify what you as leaders need to consider, work on, address, etc. prior to moving on to the Implementation phase of the innovation process for Costco.
ii. Clarify how these areas have the potential to help or hinder you in the next phase and
iii. Suggest the means in which you will help the company transition itself between these phases as a company.
