Identify the problem and gathering the information

Problem

The five processes of purchasing a product for consumers are: identifying the problem, gathering the information, evaluating alternatives, the actual purchase, and the after-purchase of the product (Ogden & Ogden, 2014). Other factors are the influence of peers, family and the norms of society, and trends. Most consumers go through these processes when shopping for vehicles, homes, food, electronics, and educational items.
