Diversity and Conflict
When dealing with diversity in the workplace there is always the potential for conflict to occur. Identifying the reasons for conflict is critical for resolving that conflict.
Identify six reasons why diversity creates the potential for more workplace conflicts. Each reason must be stated in bold print and then followed by your explanation/rationale for that reason. At least 4 complete sentences for each reason/rationale identified (a minimum of 24 sentences).
