I. Identify a nurse leader within your organization that you would like to interview.
II. Create list of 10 interview questions utilizing your experience and incorporating the professional standards.
III. Using these questions, conduct the interview with one of your nurse leaders within the organization and determine how they apply these standards in their role.
IV. Summative paper discussing the interview questions answers, and how you can apply these practices, ideas, and standards in your organization and practice.
