Discussion:China's One Child Policy
Over the past three decades, China's government has limited Chinese families to one child per family in an effort to control the population growth. Do you think that a government has the right to introduce such a drastic anti-natalist policy? Or, is it an invasion of privacy of what should be a family decision? What has been the impact on the gender gap (more men than women)?
