Technology transfer has been a matter of great debate between China and its trade partners (especially the US). Who has benefited and who has suffered over the past 30 years or so from technology transfer between developed nations and China. Where do you see this issue going?
Demonstrate that you understand the issue of technology transfer and clearly outline winners and losers. You may want to include a discussion of how this issue has changed over time as China has developed and where it is going in the future. You might also want to address how this impacts current trade talks between the US and China. How about the WTO? What might they have to do with it?
