Assignment: PROJECT CLOSEOUT/LESSONS LEARNED INSTRUCTIONS
Length: 3 to 5 pages.
Using the same project presented in the charter/proposal assignment in this deliverable, provide a summary of your project completion (or current status if not complete). This summary should answer the following questions:
1. Was the project successful? Why or why not? How do you know?
2. How successful was the project within the "triple constraint"?
3. Address benefits realization management-what business value did your project deliver? How/when will you know if this value was really delivered?
4. Compare project performance to the cost, schedule, scope and quality baselines included in the PMP assignment.
5. Lessons learned-what can others managing a similar project in the future take from this project to make it easier/better next time?

o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
