How sociology can be considered hard science

Problem: For this assignment, I will be choosing and answering question #1 on how sociology can be considered "hard science", along with whether it can be similar or different to biology. I consider sociology to be a hard science, while some may argue that we can all understand a human's actions, but can we fully understand the intent of every step, talk, and chew behind every human? It has been said that we are yet to fully understand the human brains along with everyone being different, meaning not all brains are alike, as you can tell by walking outside and going to a place where a lot of people are and seeing many people dress and act differently compared to one another. While in biology, which is considered a hard science, it is the same thing as sociology, but instead of us humans, it is about the animals that also live with us on the planet and how they act and try to live on earth. Both biology and sociology involve understanding living minds and action, but with differences between humans and animals. This is why I truly believe that sociology is considered a hard science compared to biology, which is a hard science; many would say otherwise, but this is what my insight on this question thinks.
