Organizations offer all kinds of benefits to employees today. In principle, great health insurance would be most attractive to employees with medical conditions, those with families, and those who plan for better retirement benefits.
a) What else might a company include in its benefits package to appeal to new employees?
b) How might the company structure its benefits package so that these employees can take advantage of the benefits they care about most?
