Yarn Paradise's mission is, "serving fancy hand knitting yarns to the international knitting market". Starting in 2001 in a small warehouse, and based in Turkey, Yarn Paradise has 100 tons of inventory and has sold their products in over 100 countries with 50,000 international customers. Their website claims that they are the biggest yarn supplier from Turkey offering items online in 2018.

Yarn Paradise is a micro-MNE. In DQ 1-1, as an HR Director, you determined its likely next stage of growth and the potential Human Resource challenges stemming from further growth. In this DQ, take this further by considering the various choices that MNEs have for designing organizational structure. What do you think is Yarn Paradise's ideal organizational structure? How do the various structures differ from an HR point-of-view?
