1. Congress is considering a bill to provide a lower minimum wage rate for teenagers than for adult workers. How would this law affect the market for teenaged workers? For unskilled adult workers? Would you favor such a change? Explain.
2. How can government act to fight cyclical unemployment? Structural unemployment? Frictional unemployment? Explain how each policy would work. Do you know someone who is unemployed? Would the policies you suggest solve his or her problem?
