Problem 1) What part of being a Probation Officer do you think you would find the most enjoyable? What part do you think would be the hardest for you? (I understand some of you are not looking into being POs, but for the sake of the assignment, consider the option)
Problem 2) Would you rather have peace officer certification where you could go out in the community for field visits? Or would you prefer to do office visits only?
Problem 3) How are your communication skills? Do you do well in uncomfortable situations? Can you say "no" as a complete sentence or do you struggle?
Problem 4) Discuss three personal strengths and three personal weaknesses and how you intend to build on those characteristics before you start job seeking.
