Formation and Partners - Partnership Law
However the Partnership Act does not prescribe rules to the formation of a partnership. Therefore a partnership may be formed like:
(a) Orally; one is
(b) Simply through the actions of the persons concerned whether the y are acting as whereas they were partners; one is
(c) Through simple agreement in writing; one is
(d) Through a deed i.e. an agreement under seal, since signed through the persons who agree to become partners also.
