Competence to enter in partnership is co-extensive about capacity to contract. Actually an infant may enter in a contract either previous to or within a reasonable time of reaching the age like 18: Partnership Act, by S.13
However a corporation may enter in a contract of partnership provided that act is during the powers whether as its Memorandum of Association and like a partnership may be with an personally or with another corporation or business.
