However an agency relationship may come to an end through: like;
- Mutual agreement, or consent
- Withdrawal of consent
- Performance,
- Bankruptcy of the principal
- Frustration
- Death of the principal like it being irrelevant such the agent was unaware of the death: like Kennedy v. Thomassen. So then one is
- Insanity of the principal: like Yonge v. Toynbee. And one is
- Lapse of time also.
