Food Pyramid

The diabetes food pyramid divides food into six groups. These groups vary with each other on the basis of size occupied in the pyramid. The largest i.e. grains, breads and starchy vegetables is at the bottom. It means patient should eat more of this. The smallest group is fat, sweets and alcohol at the top of pyramid, which means patient should have less from this group.
