Explain about the tort of negligence.
A form of civil wrong where a contract doesn’t exist among the two parties and this is not a crime where punishment is the major goal to the offender. This is usually when the one party has suffered an injury or loss through another party and damages must be paid. For instance trespass onto private property or nuisance behaviour, such have no contract in between the claimant and defendant as well as these are dealt along with under tort.
